Деякі аспекти генезису поняття корупції

Abstract

З метою методичного забезпечення формування реальної стратегії протидії корупції як соціального явища на основі аналізу антикорупційного законодавства та правозастосовної практики, досліджень вітчизняних і зарубіжних науковців розглядаються положення науково-теоретичного і практичного характеру про поняття «корупція» та про суб’єктів корупції. With the aim of the methodical provision of forming the real strategy of counteracting corruption as a social phenomenon on the basis of the analysis and the anti-corruption legislation and law enforcement, researches of the Ukrainian and foreign scholars the principles of a scientific-theoretical and practical character concerning the concepts “corruption” and “subjects of corruption” are considered.
