Організація системи охорони громадського порядку поліцією європейських країн

Abstract

Розглядається доцільність використання Україною досвіду європейських держав у децентралізації системи органів поліції при виконанні ними функцій з охорони громадського порядку та забезпечення громадської безпеки, вказуються переваги та недоліки такого досвіду. The appropriateness of Ukraine’s using the experience of the European countries in the decentralization of the system of the organs of the police during their discharging the functions of maintaining public order and providing public security is considered; the advantages and disadvantages of such experience are pointed out.
