| Abstract: | Розглянуто основні проблеми розробки адміністративно-правового механізму забезпечення прав і свобод людини і громадянина, вироблення відповідних рекомендацій для вдосконалення адміністративного законодавства у сфері реалізації цих прав і свобод та практики застосування його норм. The main issues of developing an administrative-legal mechanism of securing the rights and freedoms of a person and a citizen are considered, the appropriate recommendations for improving administrative legislation in the sphere of the realization of these rights and freedoms and the practice of applying its norms are made. |
