Гуманістична філософія в творчості В.О. Сухомлинського (до 100-річчя від дня народження)

Abstract

Розглянуто діяльність видатного українського педагога і письменника Василя Олександровича Сухомлинського (1918–1970 рр.). Встановлено, що вся його творчість – це глибоке філософське осмислення проблеми ролі та місця навчання і виховання молодого покоління. За своє коротке життя він опоблікував близько тридцяти монографій та багато наукових статей, оповідань, казок. Багато з них перекладено на різні мови народів світу. Вся творчість педагога і мислителя пронизана глибоким філософським осмисленням формування високої моралі й духовності у молодого покоління. Учений, педагог, новатор у своїх творах перед усім ставить проблему філософсько-духовного осмислення складної діалектики соціальних процесів у суспільстві, вирішення проблеми морально-етичного, розумового, естетичного, екологічного, фізичного виховання, проблему гармонійного розвитку особистості. В. О. Сухомлинського по праву можна назвати народним учителем, глибоким психологом. Констатовано, що дослідженням творчої діяльності В. О. Cухомлинського займаються не тільки вітчизняніх, але й зарубіжні вчені, працівники освіти і громадськості в багатьох країнах світу. Він залишив величезну науково-теоритичну і літературну спадщину, що увійшла в історію вітчизняної і світової культури. Activity of the outstanding Ukrainian teacher and writer Vasyl Oleksandrovych Sukhomlynsky (1918–1970) has been considered. In fact, his entire activity is a profound philosophical apprehension of the problem of role and place of teaching and education of the younger generation. During his short life, he published about thirty monographs and many scientific articles, stories, fairy tales. Many of them were translated into different languages of the peoples of the world. The entire creativity work of the teacher and thinker is permeated by deep philosophical apprehension of the formation of high morality and spirituality in the younger generation. In his works, the scientist, teacher, innovator first and foremost raises the problem of philosophical and spiritual comprehension of a complex dialectics of social processes in society, solving the problem of moral and ethical, mental, aesthetic, ecological, physical education, the problem of harmonious development of personality. V. O. Sukhomlynsky can rightly be called a folk teacher, a profound psychologist. V. O. Sukhomlynskyʼs creative activity is in the limelight of not only domestic, but also of foreign scientists, educators and the public in many countries of the world. He left a huge scientific-theoretical and literary heritage that entered the history of domestic and world culture. Observing the principles of humanistic philosophy and pedagogy, the thinker imbues the young people with the ability to distinguish between positive and negative traits of a person, «light and dark». The scientist sees in the dialectics of these opposites the possibility to show in the process of education the uncompromising stand and exactingness, intolerance and uncompromising attitude to evil, «the ability to distinguish between innocent human weaknesses from the defects that cripple the soul». V. O. Sukhomlynskyʼs creative heritage is an example of titanic labor, a mighty power of will, high spirituality, and a morality of infinite love for a child. The Ukrainian teacher and writer wrote 48 books, 500 scientific articles, more than 1500 stories and fairy tales for children. His works have been spread all over the world. As of the beginning of the 21-st century, 65 of his works were published in approximately 15 million copies. They were translated into 59 languages of the peoples of the world. Thus, for the first time in the history of pedagogy, V. O. Sukhomlynsky realized the implementation of his ideas and thereby laid the foundation for the development of modern philosophy of educating young people all over the world not only deeply theoretically, but specifically in practice.
