| Abstract: | Статтю присвячено праву на свободу мирних зібрань в Україні. Аналізується сучасний стан дотримання права на свободу мирних зібрань працівниками національної поліції України з урахуванням стандартів Конвенції про захист прав людини і основоположних свобод 1950 року. Визначено напрямки вирішення нагальних проблем у зазначеній сфері. The article is devoted to the right to freedom of peaceful assembly in Ukraine. The current state of observance of the right to freedom of peaceful assembly by the employees of the national police of Ukraine is analyzed, taking into account the standards of the 1950 Convention on the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms. The directions of solving of urgent problems in the indicated sphere are determined. |
