Abstract

Стаття присвячена актуальній науковій проблемі сучасного етапу державного будівництва України, зокрема вирішенню конфлікту на Сході України. Проблематика дослідження зумовлена характером суспільно-політичних змін, які відбулись в історії українського народу за роки незалежності. У статті проведено філософсько-правовий аналіз проблемних аспектів забезпечення "процедурної демократії". The article is devoted to the actual scientific problem of the modern stage of state construction of Ukraine, in particular, to resolve the conflict in the East of Ukraine. The research problem is due to the nature of socio-political changes that have taken place in the history of the Ukrainian people since independence. The article deals with the philosophical and legal analysis of the problematic aspects of the provision of "procedural democracy".
