Основні засоби реалізації правового виховання старшокласників у другій половині ХХ століття

Abstract

У статті розглянуто засоби реалізації правового виховання старшокласників у другій половині ХХ століття. Розкрито суть різноманітних засобів правового виховання і охарактеризовано методику їх використання у діяльності загальноосвітньої школи у другій половині ХХ століття. Акцентовано увагу на таких засобах правового виховання, як періодична преса, телебачення, радіо, кіно, театр, художня та науково-популярна література з морально-правової тематики, а також різноманітних засобах наочної агітації (стенди, виставки, тематичні теки тощо). The means of realization of legal education of senior pupils in the second half of the twentieth century are considered in the article. The essence of different means of legal education is revealed and the methods of their application in the activity of secondary school are characterized. A special attention is paid to such means of legal education as periodicals, television, cinema, theatre, fiction and popular scientific literature on moral and legal themes. It is stated that the usage of mass media has become a necessary condition for successful realization of legal education increasing the level of motivation among pupils. Radio and television have played an important role in spreading the legal knowledge. Cinema and theatre have also contributed greatly to formation of legal culture of senior pupils. Through fiction and popular scientific literature the authors developed the pupils’ feeling of respect for law. Besides, the demonstrative means have been widely used in educational work of secondary school. They included posters, exhibition stands, mottos, etc.
