Виділено окремі проблемні і дискусійні питання щодо видів множинності злочинів та кримінально-правової оцінки множинності злочинів. The issues of regulation of the institute of plurality of crimes in the criminal law are considered. Separate problem and discussion questions concerning types of plurality of crimes and criminal-legal estimation of plurality of crimes are singled out. |
