| Abstract: | У статті проаналізовано сучасні концепції оцінних понять, теорію та практику їх закріплення в кримінальних процесуальних нормах. Оцінні поняття розглянуто як неконкретизовані в кримінальному процесуальному законодавстві, зміст і обсяг яких визначають відповідно до конкретних обставин справи. The article analyzes contemporary concepts of evaluative concepts, theory and practice of their consolidation in criminal procedural norms. Valuations are considered as unquoted in the criminal procedural law, the content and scope of which are determined in accordance with the specific circumstances of the case. |
