| Abstract: | Аналізується наукова спадщина видатного українського вченого-правознавця академіка Всеукраїнської Академії Наук Станіслава Дністрянського (1870-1935), його внесок у встановлення національного конституційного права, а також зміст та особливості підготовленого ним у 1920 році проекту Конституції Західно-Української Народної Республіки. The scientific heritage of Stanislav Dnistrianskyi, the outstanding Ukrainian Law Scientist and Academician of the All-Ukrainian Academy of Sciences (1870–1935), his contribution to the establishment of the national constitutional law, as well as the content and particularities of the draft Constitution of the West Ukrainian People’s Republic prepared by him in 1920 are analysed. |
