Поняття стилю у професійному спілкуванні керівника територіальних органів Національної поліції

Abstract

Розглянуто проблему стилю професійного спілкування керівника як індивідуальну стабільну норму комунікативної поведінки, що виявляється в службових відносинах і взаємодії, в прийомах і способах прийняття й реалізації рішень, психологічного впливу на підлеглих, вирішення службових конфліктів у діяльності керівника територіального органу Національної поліції. Запропоновано внести доповнення до нормативно-правового акта, що регулює діяльність психологічної служби в системі Національної поліції. The problem of the style of professional communication of the head as an individual stable norm of communicative behavior, which manifests itself in official relations and interaction, in ways and methods of acceptance and implementation of decisions, psychological influence on subordinates, resolution of official conflicts in the activities of the head of the territorial body of the National Police, is investigated. The amendment to the normative and legal act regulating the activities of the psychological service in the system of the National Police is proposed. The development strategy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs bodies for the period up to 2020 led to the need for radical changes, accompanied by an increase in the number of conflict situations that are the subject of management influence. Transformations required a substantial reorganization of the strategy, tactics and management psychology by the territorial units of the National Police. The manager faces with new requirements that cause the increase of professional skills and communicative competence, characterized primarily by the way of influencing the subordinates, that is, the style of communication that reflects the necessary and motivational sphere and direction of the head. The style of communication implements the powers of the head and determines the effectiveness of his activities. The key to understanding the psychological mechanism of influencing the communication style of the head on the official conflicts may be a psychological model, in which an important psychological mechanism is the motives. These motives determine the orientation of the managerʼs interests, which in conjunction with the valuable orientations by means of the mechanism of social instrument affect the communication style and the strategy choice of behavior in official conflicts. An unfavorable prognosis for professional stability as a substructure influencing the formation of a situational communication style should be the subject of sciencebased psychological correction.
