Abstract: Вивчено теоретичні особливості процесу коучингу. Досліджено розуміння цього поняття. Проаналізовано специфіку коучингу в аспектах мотивів його використання бізнес-структурами, видів коучингу та моделей його здійснення. Розглянуто проблеми та перспективи розвитку коучингу в Україні на основі аналізу розвитку в світі. The article explores the specifics of the use of coaching as a management technology in the activities of business entities in Ukraine. The use of the analyzed management technology will improve the level of employee security. This improvement will be achieved through the influence of the coach on the employee in order to increase oneʼs professionalism, skills, ability to reveal and increase selfconfidence. As a result, the overall level of human resources will increase, and the effect of staffing will be maximized. In addition, the relevance of the study is due to fact that in the process of increasing the level of labor intellectualization, the success of an enterprise depends on the level of use of the latest technologies, innovative activities and highly skilled personnel, which, with a significant amount of information, will make decisions that will achieve the maximum social and economic efficiency of production. Therefore, the determining factor is the formation of appropriate competences for employees. During the research, authors analyzed approaches to understanding the coaching and proposed the definition, which takes as much as possible the specifics of the activity of business entities in Ukraine. The motives of using coaching in the activity of domestic business entities were studied, species and models of coaching were researched. Feasibility of using the proposed standards in domestic practice has been established based on the recommendations of the International Coach Federation The result of the work is the thorough theoretical studies of the coaching process features, authorsʼ understanding of this process and the specifics of the implementation of coaching in the world are studied, as well as the problems of the development of this management technology on domestic terrains. Authors have been established that the use of coaching will positively impact the formation of a stable employee security level at enterprises.
