Компаративний аналіз соціально-економічного розвитку в контексті соціальної безпеки держави

Abstract

Визначено основні проблемні аспекти соціально-економічного розвитку України крізь призму зміцнення соціальної безпеки держави. Проведено компаративний аналіз соціально-економічних трансформацій економіки України. На основі емпіричних досліджень із використанням програмних пакетів MS Excel, Curxpt 5,0 проведено дослідження середньомісячної номінальної заробітної плати та індексу якості життя населення з метою пошуку шляхів виходу з фінансово-економічної кризи та зміцнення соціальної безпеки держави. Встановлено основні фактори, які впливають на рівень життя населення. На основі економіко-математичних розрахунків оцінено рівень життя й соціальне забезпечення населення, а також доведено зниження купівельної спроможності населення України. З метою дослідження сучасних тенденцій трансформації глобального та національного характеру запропоновано використання економіко-математичних методів та моделей аналізу комплексу відповідних принципів, методів, чинників та інструментів забезпечення соціальної стабільності при формуванні стратегічних перспектив виходу зі соціально-економічної кризи. The main problem aspects of social and economic development of Ukraine through the prism of strengthening of social security of the state are determined. A comparative analysis of socio-economic transformations of the Ukrainian economy was carried out. The necessity of transformational transformations and changes in the structure and functions of society and economy are considered. The factors that characterize the effectiveness of the social security system are identified and are determined by the effectiveness of the system of social protection and the social status of the individual. The main aims of social policy in terms of social security criteria are analyzed. Based on empirical studies using MS Excel, Curxpt 5.0 software packages, a study was made of the average monthly nominal wage and the quality of life index of the population, and their predictive values were outlined in the strategic perspective in order to find ways out of the financial and economic crisis and to strengthen the social security of the state. The main factors influencing the standard of living of the population and the socio-economic development of the country are determined. On the basis of economic and mathematical calculations, an estimation of the standard of living and social security of the population has been carried out, as well as the reduction of the purchasing power of the population of Ukraine has been proved. In order to study the current trends of global and national transformation, the use of economic and mathematical methods and models of analysis of the complex of relevant principles, methods, factors and instruments of ensuring social stability in the formation of strategic outlooks for emerging from the socio-economic crisis is proposed.
