| Abstract: | Наведено загальні засади виявлення злочинів у сфері державних закупівель. Здійснено моніторинг інформаційно-аналітичних ресурсів державних закупівель. Проведено кваліфікацію злочинів, пов’язаних зі зміною ціни при проведенні державних закупівель. General principles of detection of crimes in the field of public procurement are given. Monitoring of information and analytical resources of public procurement is carried out. Qualifying crimes related to price changes in public procurement is completed. |
