Взаємозв’язок між юридичною освітою та юридичною професією: європейський контекст

Abstract

Представлено взаємозв’язок між юридичною освітою та юридичною професією (європейський контекст). Доведено, що при фаховій підготовці правників в Україні необхідне обов’язкове залучення до викладацької та дослідницької роботи представників юридичної (правничої) професії. The interconnection between legal education and the legal profession (a European context) is presented. It is proved that in the professional training of lawyers in Ukraine it is necessary to involve the representatives of the legal (juridical) profession in the teaching and research work.
