Abstract

Розкрито головні аспекти міжнародно-правових зобов’язань України щодо організації та діяльності адвокатури. При цьому підкреслено, що незалежна адвокатура є необхідною і важливою умовою забезпечення верховенства права та демократії в суспільстві. The main aspects of the international legal obligations of Ukraine on the bar’s organization and activity are revealed. It is emphasized that independent advocacy is a necessary and important condition for ensuring the rule of law and democracy in society.
