Дотримання прав людини в правоохоронній діяльності: навчальний посібник

Abstract

Висвітлено теоретичні та практичні проблеми дотримання прав людини в правоохоронній діяльності. Опрацьовано матеріали наукових досліджень, міжнародної та національної правової бази, судової практики щодо дотримання прав людини працівниками правоохоронних органів. Наведено приклади практичних ситуацій. Для працівників правоохоронних органів, які проходять курси підвищення кваліфікації, здобувачів вищої освіти спеціальності 262 «Правоохоронна діяльність», для підготовки до занять із таких навчальних дисциплін: «Міжнародний захист прав людини», «Захист та дотримання прав людини в правоохоронній діяльності», «Деонтологічні основи правоохоронної діяльності», «Поліцейська деонтологія». The textbook covers theoretical and practical problems of the protection of human rights in law enforcement activity. The manual is based on materials from scientific research, international and national legal frameworks, judicial practice on preserving human rights by law enforcement officials. The outlined material is accompanied by examples of practical situations. The textbook is intended for law enforcement officials who are trained to develop knowledge on international standards of the protection of human and citizenʼs rights and freedoms, understanding the functioning of mechanisms for the protection of these rights and freedoms, raising their awareness. Furthermore, the textbook can be used by applicants for higher education in speciality 262 «Law enforcement activity» to prepare for training in the following disciplines: International protection of human rights, Protection and observance of human rights in law enforcement activity, Deontological foundations of law enforcement activity, Police deontology.
