Самоорганізація народу як фактор формування громадянського суспільства в Україні: монографія

Abstract

Монографія присвячена вирішенню наукових завдань, пов’язаних з дослідженням умов розвитку самоорганізації народу в контексті сучасного етапу формування громадянського суспільства в Україні. Досліджено процеси виникнення та еволюція самоорганізації народу. Визначено сутність та основні рівні самоорганізації народу в Україні. Проаналізовано співвідношення та особливості взаємовідносин самоорганізації народу та громадянського суспільства. Охарактеризовано сучасний стан та основні тенденції самоорганізації народу у процесі формування громадянського суспільства. Розкрито механізм взаємодії інститутів громадянського суспільства з органами державної влади. Визначено основні принципи, функції та можливості самоорганізації народу та проаналізовано її правові підстави регулювання. З’ясовано основні стратегічні пріоритети державного сприяння розвитку самоорганізації народу. Адресовано науковцям, викладачам, аспірантам і студентам, а також усім хто цікавиться проблемами самоорганізації народу в Україні. The monograph is devoted to solving scientific problems related to the study of the conditions for the development of people's self-organization in the context of the modern stage of the formation of civil society in Ukraine. The processes of origin and evolution of the self-organization of the people are investigated. The essence and basic levels of self-organization of the people in Ukraine are determined. The correlation and features of the relationship of self-organization of the people and civil society are analyzed. The current state and main tendencies of self-organization of the people in the process of forming a civil society are characterized. The mechanism of interaction between civil society institutions and public authorities is disclosed. The basic principles, functions and possibilities of self-organization of the people are determined and its legal basis for regulation is analyzed. The main strategic priorities of state assistance to the development of people's self-organization are clarified.
