Основні аспекти охорони суб’єктивних прав організацій мовлення на міжнародному рівні

Abstract

У цій роботі автор досліджує низку питань, пов’язаних з розкриттям системи міжнародної охорони прав організацій мовлення як особливого суб‘єкта суміжних прав. При цьому аналізуються ключові міжнародні конвенції та директиви, а також регіональні угоди. Зроблені теоретичні та практичні висновки покликані сприяти становленню належного рівня охорони прав мовників. In this article, the author studies a number of issues related to the disclosure of the international system of protection of the rights of broadcasting organizations as a special subject of related rights. It analyzes key international conventions and directives, as well as regional agreements. The theoretical and practical conclusions made are intended to contribute to the establishment of an adequate level of protection of the rights of broadcasters.
