| Abstract: | Проаналізовано поняття сукупності злочинів за Кримінальним кодексом України. Проаналізовано види сукупності злочинів і наведені окремі міркування щодо співвідношення реальної та ідеальної сукупності злочинів із повторністю злочинів. The concept of a set of crimes under the Criminal Code of Ukraine is analyzed. The types of set of crimes are analyzed and separate considerations concerning the ratio of the real and ideal set of crimes with the recurrence of crimes are given. |
