Особа злочинця-терориста: кримінологічний огляд

Abstract

Проаналізовано наявні підходи до вивчення особи терориста. Визначено основні особливості терориста та особливості тероризму жінок і дітей. Робиться висновок, що дослідження особи терориста, вироблення його профілю дадуть змогу розробити ефективні заходи запобігання тероризму. Existing approaches to the study of a terrorist identity are analyzed. The basic features of the terrorist and the features of women and children’s terrorism are determined. It is concluded that investigating the terrorist identity, developing his or her type give the opportunity to elaborate effective measures for the prevention of terrorism.
