Механізм реалізації демографічної функції держави: поняття та структура

Abstract

У статті аналізуються структура механізму реалізації демографічної функції держави у контексті Стратегії національної безпеки України. Розглянуто наукові підходи до визначення “механізм держави”, “механізм реалізації функцій держави”, “механізм правого регулювання”. Охарактеризовано структуру механізму реалізації демографічної функції держави у статичному та динамічному аспектах. Розкрито проблемні моменти щодо механізму реалізації демографічної функції у контексті забезпечення національної і економічної безпеки України. The concept and structure of the mechanism of implementing the demographic function of the state in the context of the Strategy of National Security of Ukraine are analyzed in the article. The scientific approaches to the definitions of “mechanism of the state”, “mechanism of implementing state functions”, “mechanism of legal regulation” are considered. The structure of the implementation mechanism of the state demographic function in the static and dynamic aspects is described. Problematic questions regarding the mechanism of implementing the demographic function in the context of providing national and economic security of Ukraine are revealed.
