Abstract

Статтю присвячено проблемам адміністративно-правового регулювання в сфері забезпечення прав споживачів в Україні. Проаналізовано особливості адміністративно-правового регулювання в сфері забезпечення прав споживачів та визначені шляхи його вдосконалення. Дано рекомендацію щодо пропозицій щодо вдосконалення правового регулювання в сфері забезпечення прав споживачів, оптимізації правового статусу суб’єктів відповідних правовідносин. The article researches problems of administrative and legal regulation in the field of consumer rights protection in Ukraine. The peculiarities of administrative and legal regulation in the field of consumer rights protection are analyzed and ways of its improvement are determined. A recommendation is proposed to improve legal regulation in the field of consumer rights protection, optimization of legal status of subjects of relevant legal relations. It is emphasized that consumer rights are a legally fixed set of legal possibilities of a person and a citizen based on the relevant provisions of the Constitution of Ukraine, related to the satisfaction of various needs in goods or services and is aimed at ensuring the proper level of human life and safety, implementation and protection of relevant rights and freedoms. Administrative and legal protection of consumer rights is a system of administrative and legal means, implemented with the help of regulative and protective legal relations, aimed at preventing, terminating or preventing violations of consumer rights. The main means of consumer protection is control, since it is the main administrative means for the prevention, detection and termination of violations of the legislation in the field of a consumer’s protection.
