| Abstract: | В статті проводиться аналіз методів дослідження тлумачення норм права. Проаналізовано джерела формування методології дослідження тлумачення норм права. Вказано, що методологія дослідження актів тлумачення норм права - це система наукових підходів, принципів, методів і способів пізнання і об'єктивної оцінки юридичної природи актів тлумачення норм права. The article analyzes the methods of research on the interpretation of law. The sources of formation of the methodology of research of interpretation of norms of law are analyzed. It is indicated that the methodology of research of acts of interpretation of legal norms is a system of scientific approaches, principles, methods and ways of cognition and objective assessment of legal nature of acts of interpretation of legal norms. |
