The Supreme Court has been called upon to ensure the uniform application of rules, both procedural and substantive, by courts of different specialization. However, the procedure and method of such provision were determined by the procedural codes of Ukraine. The purpose of this scientific article is to carry out the theoretical analysis of legal enforcement practice in decision of the court of cassation in economic cases and to develop the own vision for solving these problems. |
