Криміналістика у призмі сучасної освітньої парадигми

Abstract

Розглянуто проблематику функціонування криміналістики як навчальної дисципліни у системі професійної підготовки правників. Матеріал поділено на три частини. У першій викладено короткий огляд історії формування криміналістичної освіти. У другій ідеться про важливість обов’язкового мінімуму криміналістичних знань для правників. Третя частина висвітлює позицію авторки щодо найсуттєвіших характеристик криміналістики як навчальної дисципліни нового покоління, а саме: обов’язковості, практичності, інтерактивності, динамічності, інноваційності, транскордонності. Every day, some forensic doctrines, methods, forensic technologies and techniques to solve crimes, and protect the public lose their relevance, while others increase their potential and have a wide practice of use in the feld of criminal proceedings. Therefore, it is important to ensure a constant connection not only in the system «science-practice», but also in the system «science-practice-education». The educational paradigm needs systematic verifcation and re-evaluation of the topics, forms and methods of teaching Forensic science, the content of the didactic and methodological complex. These actions are needed in response to the new challenges of crime investigation process. The purpose of the article is to identify the most important characteristics of modern Forensic science as an academic discipline; to determine its role in the structure of training of professional lawyers (law enforcement offcials, forensic science practitioners, investigators, prosecutors, judges); to determine directions of its future development. Analysis, historical and systematic approach, generalization. The conducted research has shown that the flexible development of forensic education is always connected with the development of Forensic science and practice. The history of Forensic science shows the importance of the interaction between the training process and the crime investigation practice. Today Forensic science as an academic discipline must have qualitative characteristics. These characteristics include the obligation to study for lawyers, practicality, interactivity, dynamism, innovation, transnationality. This approach will provide quality training for future professionals, who will be able to work effectively with forensic methods and technologies under new conditions and issues.
