| Abstract: | В статті досліджуються детермінація наркозлочинів, вчинюваних із залученням неповнолітніх. Аналізується причинність, як ядро детермінації, у загальнонауковому плані, як зв'язок, в якому одне явище за певних умов породжує, відтворює, продукує інше. The article examines the determination of drug crimes committed with the involvement of minors. Causality is analyzed, as the core of determination, in general scientific terms, as a connection in which one phenomenon under certain conditions generates, reproduces, produces another. |
