Abstract

Стаття стосується кримінальних проваджень щодо насильницьких зникнень в Україні. Метою дослідження є визначення питань забезпечення положень Конвенції про захист усіх осіб від насильницьких зникнень процесуальними засобами національного законодавства. Обговорено проблеми досудового розслідування та розміщення у державних або приватних місцях тримання під вартою, судового розгляду та відшкодування шкоди. The article deals with criminal proceedings regarding enforced disappearance in Ukraine. The goal of the research is to identify issues of ensuring the provisions of Convention for the Protection of All Persons from Enforced Disappearance by procedural means of domestic legislation. The problems of pre-trial investigation and placement in public or private custodial settings, court proceedings and compensation for damage were discussed.
