Використання спеціальних знань на початковому етапі досудового розслідування сексуальних убивств

Abstract

Висвітлено основні положення щодо використання спеціальних знань під час досудового розслідування сексуальних убивств. Визначено види експертиз, які призначаються під час досудового розслідування сексуальних убивств, і види експертиз, які найчастіше призначаються на початковому етапі досудового розслідування таких злочинів. Уточнено особливості виявлення слідів на етапі огляду місця події під час початкового етапу розслідування сексуальних убивств. The scientifc article is devoted to the coverage of the main provisions of the use of special knowledge at the initial stage of the pre-trial investigation of sexual homicides. Introduction. Most often, conducting public and covert investigative (search) actions during a pre-trial investigation is almost impossible without the involvement of specialists from various felds of science, technology, art, craft and the use of scientifc and technical means. The use of specialized knowledge in the investigation of sexual homicides is particularly acute. The purpose of our study is to highlight the main provisions of the use of special knowledge, by appointing a forensic examination during the investigation of sexual murder. Thus, the use of specialized knowledge at the stage of pre-trial investigation of sexual homicides is of particular importance. This type involves the involvement of investigators in the conduct of investigative (search) actions of various specialists and experts, whose activities in criminal proceedings are diverse. A special place among the use of special knowledge of this type of criminal offense is given to forensic examinations, which are assigned to objects that in the vast majority of cases are seized at the scene of sexual murder, such as saliva, blood, shoes, hair, earth, etc. The types of examinations that are most often appointed at the initial stage of pre-trial investigation of these types of murders are identifed. It has been clarifed how to better classify the types of traces during the inspection of the scene at the initial stage of the pre-trial investigation of sexual homicides. The peculiarities of identifying the main types of traces during the inspection of the scene at the initial stage of the pre-trial investigation of this type of murder have been clarifed. It is determined that special knowledge in the course of the investigation is applied by involving a specialist in conducting certain investigative (search) actions and the appointment of a forensic examination.
