Abstract

Монографія присвячена вирішенню науково-практичної проблеми, пов’язаної із розробленням теоретико-методологічних підходів, методичних основ і практичних рекомендацій щодо управління фінансовою безпекою підприємств. Досліджено історичні аспекти та сучасну сутність фінансової безпеки для українських підприємств. Уточнено понятійно-термінологічний апарат категорії «безпека». Розвинуто теоретичні положення щодо управління фінансовою безпекою підприємств. Розроблено концептуальну модель формування та розвитку системи управління фінансовою безпекою підприємств. Визначено та охарактеризовано чинники впливу на процес управління фінансовою безпекою підприємств. Запропоновано теоретичний підхід до діагностування процесу управління фінансовою безпекою підприємства. Розроблено методичний підхід до оцінювання управління фінансовою безпекою підприємств. Запропоновано теоретико-методичний підхід до діагностування готовності системи управління фінансовою безпекою підприємства до зміни впливу зовнішніх і внутрішніх чинників. Розглянуто прикладні аспекти адаптивного управління фінансовою безпекою промислових підприємств. Розроблено технологію антисипативного управління фінансовою безпекою підприємства. Запропоновано науково-методичний підхід до багатокритеріального вибору захисних заходів в процесі управління фінансовою безпекою підприємства. Розроблено програму інтелектуалізації управління фінансовою безпекою підприємства. The monograph is devoted to solving scientific and practical problems associated with the development of theoretical and methodological approaches, methodological foundations and practical recommendations for managing financial security of the enterprises. The historical aspects and the modern essence of financial security for Ukrainian enterprises are investigated. Clarification of the conceptual and terminological apparatus of the category "security". The theoretical contribution of the management of financial security of enterprises are developed. A conceptual model for the formation and development of a financial security management system for enterprises has been developed. The factors of influence on the process of managing the financial security of the enterprises are identified and characterized. A theoretical approach to diagnosing the financial security management process of the enterprise is proposed. A methodological approach for assessing the financial security management of enterprises has been developed.
