Abstract

До збірника увійшли методичні напрацювання, що стосуються здійснення освітнього процесу у сучасних умовах з використанням онлайн-навчання, формування навичок міжкультурної комунікації у галузі права, фахової іншомовної підготовки курсантів ЗВО МВС України, традиційних підходів та новітніх технологій навчання іноземних мов загалом та української мови як іноземної зокрема. Закцентовано увагу на шляхах та специфічних методичних принципах, сучасних тенденціях викладання, академічній мобільності, комунікативному, освітньому, розвиваючому, виховному аспектах навчання іноземної мови. Analysis of the development of methods of teaching foreign languages allows to characterize it as an experimental, research science, which develops rational ways of learning, based on the theory of knowledge, the data of related sciences, practical experience. The connection of methodology with practice is an important prerequisite for the existence of methodology as a science. Experiment as a special type of specially organized practice allows the teacher to explore the effectiveness of new forms and methods of teaching created by him. However, the educational process still remains the starting point of knowledge. An applicant for higher education today is a person who can communicate, read, master scientific literature, and correspond in at least one foreign language. Therefore, it is logical that the topics of the articles relate to four types of educational work: reading, writing, listening and speaking and reflect the implementation of general, practical and educational goals. It is known that free, productive and business communication in a foreign language is possible only when the speaker will think in this language. Therefore, the development of different types of thinking is an important task of the practical course and is reflected in the proposed publications. It would seem that the cyclical nature of the topics discussed is inevitable, because language is a static phenomenon. But at the same time, the processes that affect teaching methods are dynamic. The outlined problems concern: testing as a form of control in foreign language classes; use of proverbs, sayings and quotes in practical classes in a foreign language for professional purposes; use of Internet resources as a means of developing students' independent skills; pedagogical technology: history and prospects of development; legal and regulatory aspects of translation as an object of study, etc. The symposium of articles will help professionals who make considerable efforts to successfully solve the problem of improving the quality of higher education in foreign languages, improve their own professionalism, help everyone who cares to improve their language and speech level.
