Формування тактики та стратегії забезпечення кадрової безпеки підприємства

Abstract

Постановка проблеми. Будь-яке підприємство, незалежно від виду його діяльності та географічного розташування, потребує розроблення та реалізації належної стратегії розвитку. Однак неможливо успішно реалізувати стратегію розвитку без формування та впровадження ефективної стратегії забезпечення економічної безпеки та її складових (зокрема кадрової безпеки). Сьогодні в умовах нестабільності зовнішнього та внутрішнього середовища, а також за впливу наслідків воєнних операцій на частині території нашої країни, набуває надзвичайно важливого значення утворення оптимальної стратегії забезпечення безпеки, яка б дала можливість підприємству адаптуватись до всіх дестабілізуючих факторів та чинників, а також створити дієву систему захисту та протидій до усіх видів ризиків та загроз. Аналіз останніх досліджень і публікацій. Питання забезпечення високого рівня кадрової безпеки підприємств досліджувалися багатьма вченими як в Україні, так і за кордоном, що підтверджує актуальність даної сфери дослідження. Вагомий внесок у розвиток теоретичних засад кадрової безпеки підприємства внесли В. Геєць, О. Грунін, М. Єрмошенко, О. Кириченко, А. Кірієнко, О. Лащенко, В. Мунтіян, М. Петров, Н. Подлужна, В. Пономарьов, І. Чумарін, Н. Швець та інші. Однак, багато нерозкритих питань пов’язано як з теоретичним обґрунтуванням кадрової безпеки на підприємстві, так і практичним її забезпеченням в ринкових умовах потребують подальшого наукового дослідження. The goal of the research. Disclosure of peculiarities of formation of tactics and strategy of ensuring the personnel safety of the enterprise. Research methodology. Methods of analysis of scientific literature (monographic, analytical, abstract-logical) were used to study approaches to understanding the essence of tactics and strategyofensuring personnel securityof the enterprise. Research results. The essence of the concept of "personnel security strategy" and "personnel security tactics" was determined on the basis of the conducted research. A schematic map of the sequence of formation of personnel security tactics and strategy was developed, covering the definition of the basic principles of security, strategy and tactical goals, selection and monitoring of the implementation of the chosen strategy. Particular attention was paid to the system of monitoring and control over theimplementation of the personnel security strategy and the implementation of appropriate tactical measures, which should be aimed at improving the overall security strategy. Scientific novelty of the research results. It is substantiated that ensuring the competitiveness of the enterprise depends to a large extent on the personnel potential, the formation and development of which requires the creation of safe conditions today and in the future, which cannot be accomplished without the development and implementation of a strategy for ensuring the personnel security of the enterprise. The practical significance of the study results. The results of the study can be used by managers and economists of industrial enterprises in the formulation of tactics and strategies for ensuring personnel security, which will gradually adapt enterprises to new changes and strengthen the conditions of management in general.
