Взаємозв'язок соціального статусу і мотиваційної сфери особистості

Abstract

У статті теоретично проаналізовано поняття мотиваційної сфери та розглянуто мотиваційну сферу в розрізі соціального статусу. Термін «мотивація» являє собою більш широке поняття, ніж термін «мотив». Слово «мотивація» використовується в сучасній психології у двоякому сенсі: воно визначає систему чинників, що детермінують поведінку (сюди входять, зокрема, потреби, мотиви, цілі, наміри, прагнення тощо), та характеристику процесу, що стимулює і підтримує поведінкову активність на певному рівні. З’ясовано основні концепції, складові, параметри та властивості мотиваційної сфери особистості. Було з’ясовано особливості формування мотиваційної сфери особистості в розрізі соціальних статусів. На підставі всебічного теоретико-методологічного аналізу літератури визначено взаємозв’язок соціального статусу і мотиваційної сфери особистості. The concept of the motivational sphere is theoretically analyzed in the article and the motivational sphere in terms of social status is considered. A term «motivation» shows a soba more wide concept, thanterm «reason». A word «motivation» is used in modernpsychology in dual sense: it determines the system offactors, that determine behavior (necessities, reasons, aims, intentions, enter here, in particular, aspiration andothers like that), and description of process that stimulatesand supports behavioral activity at certain level. The basic concepts, constituents, parameters and properties of the motivational sphere of the personality are clarifed. Also the peculiarities of forming the motivational sphere of personality in terms of social status were found out. On the basis of a comprehensive theoretical and methodological analysis of the literature, the relationship between social status and the motivational sphere of the individual is determined. After all, motives are the main driving force behind human behavior and therefore the main stimulant for personal development. Social statuses of man enter to the structure of motivational sphere of man, anddetermined as general reference-points personalities, her idea about the ideal parameters ofexistence. The driving force behind motivation is needs – different types of «shortages» (needs) or the excess of something that the individual feels in a certain amount of time. When needed, one becomes more receptive to motivation. «Needs drive activity and are managed by the entity». In accordance with professional statuses, reached to in conclucion that personality in the process of socialization arrives at the certain degree of completeness at anachievement the individual of social maturity that is characterized by the receipt of personality of integral social status of activity, managed role-play the structure of society. Stimulating the identifcation processes sent to identifying ofman with a group, it is possible to develop meaningful reasons publicly. Authenticationis the mechanism of development of corresponding motivation.
