Психологічні особливості діяльності слідчого під час огляду місця події

Abstract

У статті розглядається питання психологічної характеристики діяльності слідчого під час проведення такої слідчої (розшукової) дії, як огляд місця події, приділяється увага питанню психологічних проблем особистості слідчого. Вивчається питання щодо закономірностей сприйняття слідчого, його спостережливості, а також функціонування інших психічних процесів. Розглянуто прийоми підвищення ефективності спостережливості слідчого під час проведення огляду місця події, досліджено питання психологічної підготовки слідчого та її значення, а також приділено увагу питанню існування негативних чинників у слідчій діяльності, які можуть впливати на роботу слідчого при проведенні ним огляду місця події. The methods of increasing the effectiveness of the investigator's observation during the inspection of the scene are considered, the issues of psychological preparation of the investigator and its importance are investigated, as well as attention is paid to the existence of negative factors in the investigative activity that may affect the investigator's work during the inspection of the scene. Usually in inquisitional activity, and in particular at realization of review of place of event can happen and situation, when on certain reasons an investigator can be not quite prepared to realization of such inquisitional (of criminal investigation) action. Such unfavorable factors can be absence for the investigator of necessary experience, unstable and unbalanced psychological structure, lack of ability to manage the psychical processes, as for example an investigator is not able to own by a soba, is uncertain in itself and according to confused.
