Етично-альтруїстичний принцип суб’єкт-суб’єктної взаємодії у вихованні дітей-сиріт

Abstract

У статті актуалізовано проблему впровадження інноваційних підходів у вихованні дітей-сиріт в Україні, які перебувають у державних закладах опіки. Розглянуто основні положення особистісно-гуманістичної стратегії нової педагогічної парадигми, роль суб’єкт-суб’єктної взаємодії педагога та вихованця. Проаналізовано наукові підходи до розуміння альтруїзму: особистісно-нормативний (моральні норми, переконання); емоційний (вияв альтруїстичних емоцій, емпатія, співпереживання, співчуття). Етично-альтруїстичний принцип виховання дітей-сиріт в умах державного закладу опіки передбачає розвиток альтруїстичних тенденцій обох сторін суб’єкт-суб’єктної взаємодії – дитини-сироти та вихователя, а саме емпатії, співпереживання, співчуття. Важливим є врахування особливостей розвитку емоційного інтелекту обох сторін та формування компетентностей у сфері життєдіяльності. Окреслено специфіку емпатійних виявів вихованців державних закладів, особливості функціонування механізмів співчуття, співпереживання дітей. Звернено увагу на особливості емпатії педагогів, які працюють у державних закладах опіки. Альтруїстично-етичний принцип визначає стратегію виховання дітей, гуманістичне навантаження технологічних засобів виховання, характерними ознаками якого є педагогічна допомога і підтримка; опіка, соціальний захист; діалогічність, творчо-пошуковий характер, поєднання традиційності й інноваційності. Обґрунтовано ефективність реалізації етично-альтруїстичного принципу суб’єкт-суб’єктної взаємодії – дитини-сироти та педагога в умовах державного закладу опіки. Доведено, що суб’єкт-суб’єктна взаємодія на основі етико-альтруїстичного принципу має потужний виховний потенціал. Активно гуманна, альтруїстично-етична спрямованість суб’єкт-суб’єктної взаємодії вихователя та дитини-сироти, професійна компетентність педагогів державних закладів опіки дозволяє частково знизити негативний вплив деприваційних умов, що сприятиме актуалізації особистісних ресурсів дитини-сироти. The article deals with the problem of introducing innovative methods of upbringing orphans in Ukraine, that are staying in state care institutions. The basic principles of the personal-humanistic strategy of the new pedagogical paradigm are revealed, the role of the subject-subject interaction between an educator and a fosterling is defned. Such scientifc approaches to the understanding of altruism as personality-normative (moral norms, beliefs); emotional (manifestation of altruistic emotions, empathy, sympathy) are analyzed. The ethical-altruistic principle of raising orphans in a state care institution aims at the development of altruistic tendencies of both sides of the subject-subject interaction – orphans and caregivers, namely empathy, sympathy, compassion. It is important to take into account the peculiarities of the development of the emotional intelligence of the both and the formation of competencies in the sphere of life. The specifcs of empathic manifestations of pupils in state institutions, the peculiarities of functioning of mechanisms of children’s sympathy and empathy are outlined. Attention is drawn to the peculiarities of the empathy of the teachers working in state care institutions. The altruistic-ethical principle defnes the strategy of raising children, the humanistic load of technological means of education, the characteristic features of which are pedagogical help and support; guardianship, social security; dialogue, creative and searching character, a combination of traditions and innovations. The effectiveness of the implementation of the ethical-altruistic principle of the subject-subject interaction – an orphan and a teacher in the conditions of a state care institution is substantiated. It has been proved that the subject-subject interaction based on the etho-altruistic principle has a strong educational potential. The actively humane, altruistic and ethical orientation of the subject-subject interaction between the caregiver and the orphan, the professional competence of the teachers in state care institutions can partially reduce the negative impact of the depriving conditions, which in turn will contribute to the actualization of the orphan child’s personal resources.
