Методичні засади інтелектуалізації управління фінансовою безпекою підприємств

Abstract

У статті доведено доцільність розгляду інтелектуалізації управління фінансовою безпекою підприємства як процесу, що ґрунтується на стимулюванні інтелектуальної активності суб’єктів безпеки, який разом із посиленням інформаційного обміну сприяє забезпеченню фінансової безпеки на рівні, що уможливлює досягнення фінансових інтересів та формує основи розвитку підприємства. В авторському трактуванні інтелектуалізація передбачає генерування нових знань щодо можливої зміни рівня фінансової безпеки та варіантів дій задля підтримання стабільності та стійкості функціонування, повернення до стану рівноваги й надійності у вжитті захисних заходів, а також розширення можливостей для їх вжиття суб’єктами безпеки через удосконалення організаційного забезпечення, підтримку ініціативності працівників профільних підрозділів, децентралізацію у вирішенні окремих завдань. Запропоновано здійснювати інтелектуальну стратифікацію суб’єктів безпеки шляхом оцінювання рівня інтелекту кожного працівника з подальшим їх групуванням на тих, що є носіями «елітного», «неординарного» або «ординарного» інтелекту. The current financial and economic activity of Ukrainian enterprises is characterized by a high level of uncertainty, which, as a result of further transformation of the national economy, increasing influence of foreign economic factors and finding their own competitive position in the market, form new management requirements. The expediency of considering the term “intellectualization” in relation to the management of financial security of the enterprise from the standpoint of applying a creative approach to solving the problem of financial security through the development of intellectual potential in the managed and control subsystems. The expediency of considering the intellectualization of financial security management as a process based on stimulating the intellectual activity of security entities, which, combined with the strengthening of information exchange, contributes to financial security at a level that enables the achievement of financial interests and forms the basis of enterprise development. In the author’s interpretation, intellectualization involves generating new knowledge about possible changes in the level of financial security and options for action to maintain stability and stability return to balance and reliability in the implementation of protective measures, as well as expanding opportunities for their application by security actors. Ensuring, supporting the initiative of employees of specialized units, decentralization in solving certain tasks. It is proved that the intellectualization of financial security management of enterprises should provide a focus on the implementation, due to available intellectual resources, intellectual potential for the formation of intellectual capital. In accordance with this position, it is proposed to carry out intellectual stratification of security entities by assessing the level of intelligence of each employee and then grouping them into those who are carriers of “elite”, “extraordinary” or “ordinary” intelligence. It is substantiated that the results of intellectual stratification should be the basis of the process of intellectualization of financial security management of the enterprise with changes in: personnel of units involved in financial security, selection of candidates for vacancies, employee motivation system to increase personal intellectual characteristics and retraining program advanced training of security subjects.
