Достовірність показань свідка та її з’ясування у кримінальному провадженні: монографія

Abstract

Висвітлено теоретичні та практичні питання щодо з’ясування достовірності показань свідка у кримінальному провадженні, удосконалено її правову регламентацію. На основі нормативних приписів КПК України 2012 р. окреслено особливості достовірності показань свідка під час як досудового розслідування, так і судового розгляду, також сформульовано пропозиції з удосконалення чинного кримінального процесуального законодавства та наукові рекомендації щодо практики його застосування. Для здобувачів освітнього ступеня «магістр», «доктор філософії», науковців, слідчих, прокурорів, суддів. The monography is devoted to the solution of theoretical and practical issues related to the clarification of the witness testimony in criminal proceedings, as well as the improvement of its legal regulation.The novelty of the scientific positions and results is that this dissertation is the first in the national science of the criminal process the complex research based on the normative prescriptions of the CPC of Ukraine in 2012, devoted to the peculiarities of clarification the reliability of witness testimony both during pre-trial investigation and during a court proceeding, in which are made the proposals to improve the existing criminal procedural legislation and scientific recommendations on the practice of its application.
