Документація українського січового стрілецтва як етапне явище у формуванні офіційно-ділового стилю

Abstract

Досліджено особливості функціонування ділового мовлення Українських січових стрільців; розглянуто значення текстів суспільно-політичного характеру в загальній системі офіційно-ділового стилю першої половини ХХ ст. Зроблено спробу привернути увагу дослідників до цієї проблематики, адже на початку XX ст. відбулося повернення української мови до сфери офіційно-ділових відносин, саме тогочасні західноукраїнські суспільнополітичні реалії мали вирішальне значення у виробленні зразків офіційноділових текстів як складових якісно нового мовного досвіду освічених верств українського громадянства. documents) are analyzed in the article. The article attempts to attract attention of scientists to this problem. The inclusion of official documents of USS legion to the active linguistic research is necessary, since the beginning of the twentieth century was the time of returning the Ukrainian language to the sphere of business-official relations. At that time Western Ukrainian socio-political realities played a crucial role in the development of samples of business – official texts as the components of the new language experience of educated strata of Ukrainian citizenship. The new state of the Ukrainian language influenced the enrichment of vocabulary, the expansion of the sphere of use and the internal normalization of its development, but this process was stopped for several reasons: a short time, a permanent narrowing of the territory, continuous military action. The documentation of the USS legion is an important source for studying the history of business – official style development, as it is now necessary to create a separate generalizing work on the history of this style in which the socio-historical conditions of the development of this style on different Ukrainian lands would be analyzed; it should also describe text sources that represent this style in different periods of its development. In the current theoretical works on the history of business – official style many important sources are not mentioned, and the functioning of the Western Ukrainian language practice in the early twentieth century, in particular the language of business – official papers during military operations, are not sufficiently taken into account.
