Адміністративно-правове регулювання діяльності органів місцевої міліції: дисертація

Abstract

Дисертацію присвячено комплексному дослідженню адміністративно-правового регулювання діяльності органів місцевої міліції. Розглянуто особливості процесу реформування галузі внутрішніх справ в Україні у напрямі децентралізації правоохоронної функції. Сформульовані пропозиції щодо вдосконалення вітчизняного законодавства у сфері правоохоронної діяльності, зокрема організації охорони громадського порядку, визначення адміністративно-правового статусу місцевої міліції та її персоналу, структури органів внутрішніх справ тощо. The thesis is devoted to a complex investigation of the administrative and legal regulation of the local militia organs activity. The peculiarities of the Internal Affairs branch reformation process in the Ukraine in the direction of the decentralization of the law enforcement function are considered in this work. The suggestions concerning the improvement of the Ukrainian legislation in the law enforcement activity sphere are formulated, especially concerning the organization of the public order protection, the definition of the administrative and legal status of the local militia and its personnel, the structure of the law enforcement organs, etc.
