Інститут опіки і піклування в Україні: історико-правове дослідження: монографія

Abstract

Зроблено спробу історико-правового розуміння створення та розвитку Інституту опіки та піклування в Україні та виявлено закономірності його існування як у звичному, так і в позитивному законодавстві в монографії. Встановлено зміст та завдання Інституту опіки та піклування на різних етапах його розвитку. Виділено національну специфіку регулювання стосунків опікуна, які постійно зберігаються та вдосконалюються в рамках існуючих правових джерел. Монографія призначена для дослідників, викладачів університетів, аспірантів та студентів юридичних і історичних спеціальностей, державних службовців та всіх, хто цікавиться історичним розвитком українського права. An attempt of historical and legal understanding of the creation and development of the Institute of quardianship and trusteeship in Ukraine is made and the regularities of its existence in both customary and positive law are revealed in the monograph. The content and tasks of the Institute of quardianship and trusteeship at different stages of its development are established. The national peculiarities of regulating the guardian relations, which were constantly kept and improved within the framework of existing legal sources, are singled out. The monograph is designed for researchers, university teachers, postgraduates and students of legal and historical specialties, government officials and all those interested in the historical development of Ukrainian law.
