| Abstract: | У статті досліджено нормативно-правові засади легітимації акціонерних товариств. Проаналізовано інститут державної реєстрації як основний елемент легітимації суб’єктів підприємництва. Визначено загальні та спеціальні умови легітимації акціонерних товариств Україні на сучасному етапі. The article examines the legal framework for the legitimization of joint stock companies. The state registration institute is analyzed as the main element of legitimization of business entities. The general and special conditions for the legitimization of joint stock companies in Ukraine at the present stage are determined. |
