Основи безпекової діяльності підприємства: теоретичний аспект

Abstract

Актуальність дослідження обумовлена тим, що успіхів у бізнесі можна досягнути лише за правильного організування процесу подолання негативних чинників впливу із зовнішннього та внутрішнього середовищ, що є безпосереднім завданням процесу забезпечення безпеки. Основною ціллю дослідження є формулювання розуміння безпекової діяльності як однієї із технологій управління на підприємстві з обґрунтуванням її моделі та особливостей. З метою зниження рівня впливу загроз на діяльність підприємства необхідно здійснювати цілеспрямований управлінський вплив і використовувати відповідні технології управління. Завдяки використанню технологій управління підприємство має змогу отримати інтегральний ефект, що сприяє забезпеченню організаційного порядку та раціоналізації процесу управління (його етапів та процедур), рівномірного розподілу повноважень та відповідальності між працівниками та управлінським персоналом, ефективного процесу прийняття рішень від найнижчого до найвищого рівнів управління. На основі цього запропоновано авторський підхід до розуміння безпекової діяльності як діяльності щодо забезпечення можливості максимально ефективного використання доступних ресурсів з метою захисту власних інтересів від впливу загроз внутрішнього і зовнішнього середовищ, а також адаптації до існуючих умов з мінімальними втратами. Саме таке формулювання дозволяє відобразити безпекову діяльність з точки зору технології управління. Побудовано модель безпекової діяльності на підприємстві. Визначено складоові безпекової діяльності підприємства: матеріально-технічна, інформаційна, кадрова, документально-нормативну. Сформовано перелік завдань безпекової діяльності на підприємстві. Сформовано перелік принципів, які виступатимуть основою для здійснення безпекової діяльності на підприємстві. The relevance of the study is due to the fact that success in business can be achieved only with the proper organization of the process of overcoming the negative factors of influence from the external and internal environment, which is the immediate task of the security process. The main purpose of the study is to formulate an understanding of security activities as one of the management technologies in the enterprise with a justification of its model and features. In order to reduce the level of impact of threats on the enterprise, it is necessary to exercise targeted management influence and use appropriate management technologies. Through the use of management technologies, the company is able to obtain an integrated effect that helps to ensure organizational order and streamline the management process (its stages and procedures), even distribution of powers and responsibilities between employees and management, effective decision-making process from the lowest to the highest levels. Based on this, the author's approach to understanding security activities as activities to ensure the most efficient use of available resources to protect their own interests from the threat of internal and external environments, as well as adaptation to existing conditions with minimal losses. This wording allows you to display security activities in terms of management technology. The model of security activity at the enterprise is constructed. The components of the security activity of the enterprise are determined: material and technical, informational, personnel, documentary and normative. The list of tasks of security activity at the enterprise is formed. A list of principles that will serve as a basis for security activities at the enterprise has been formed.
