Синтез міждисциплінарного змісту поняття організації як середньої соціальної групи

Abstract

У статті викладено результати синтезу поняття організації як середньої соціальної групи через аналіз досліджень в біології, менеджменті з врахуванням соціально-психологічних уявлень. Реалізоване дослідження базувалося на застосуванні методу ізоморфізму, за яким є можливим запозичувати ідеї з інших наук та створювати за основними компонентами аналогії певних явищ. Внаслідок дослідження синтезовано зміст поняття організації. Основою змістового наповнення є здатність людини до спільної діяльності для отримання ефекту синергії. Це дає можливість забезпечувати значну кількість потреб й основною з них є можливість фізичного та ментального існування. Introduction. Modern management, sociology, biology and other sciences have a significant amount of research not only on man, but also its functioning in joint activities in the form of organizations. Therefore, organizational psychology must go beyond artificially created boundaries, turn to the experience of other sciences. There is an urgent need to change the strategy of organizational and psychological research and go beyond organizational psychology. And the first goal should be the phenomenon of the organization as such, which has afairly wide range of diverse human factors. Purpose. The purpose of the article is to define the humanitarian essence of the organization as a phenomenon from different scientific positions. Methods. The conducted research was based on the application of the isomorphism method, according to which it is possible to borrow ideas from other sciences and create analogies of certain phenomena according to the main components. This method makes itpossible through the prism of the structure ofnatural phenomena (neurons, genes, universe) to consider the structure of socio-psychological phenomena (personality, team, management). This also allows us to explain their interdependence, interdependence and interpenetration, to consider in a single context their substantive or (and) formal similarity. Isomorphism characterizes not individual elements, but the way they are combined and the relationship between them. The basic position of isomorphism is asfollows: there is a certain similarity between internal and external reality, which in some way is embodied in social and universalprocesses. Conclusion. The article presents the results of the synthesis of the concept of organization as a middle social group through the analysis of research in biology, management, taking into account sociopsychological ideas. As a result of the research the content of the concept of organization is synthesized. The organization is a middle social groupformed as a result of the realization of the phylogenetic ability ofpeople to unite to achieve a synergy effect in order to meet different needs in living conditions in a given environment, distribute functions in joint activities (mental existence of each of its participants. The existence of the organization is based on the idea of achieving certain results of activities that are important for the environment through sufficient competitiveness to use its resources (material and intellectual). The environment is a large social group and it and its characteristics (economic, political, social, ethnic, religious, intellectual, educational and other) determine the peculiarities of the formation and development of organizations. Solving question to humanitarian component of the organization is the main task of organizational psychology. For this will be thefocus of further research.
