"Руська правда" як джерело зародження нотаріату в Україні

Abstract

Дослідження присвячене актуальним проблемам правового регулювання нотаріальної діяльності в Україні. У статті на основі аналізу тексту пам'ятників права Київської Русі досліджуються інститут нотаріату та норми, що регулюють генезис нотаріальних норм. Автором розглянуто норми "Руської правди". Зокрема, звернуто увагу на укладення договорів та порядок спадкування за законом та за заповітом за часів Київської Русі. The study is devoted to current issues of legal regulation of notarial activities in Ukraine. In the article on the basis of the analysis of the text of monuments of law of Kievan Rus the institute of notary and the norms regulating genesis of notarial norms are investigated. The author considers the norms of "Russian Truth". In particular, attention is paid to the conclusion of agreements and the order of inheritance by law and by will in the times of Kievan Rus.
