Abstract

Дослідження присвячене актуальним питанням правового регулювання провадження нотаріальної діяльності на українських теренах. Розглядаються питання правового регулювання нотаріальної діяльності на українських землях за законодавством Української козацької держави (1649–1783 рр.). The research is devoted to the actual issues of legal regulation of the performance of notarial activities in Ukrainian territory. The issues of legal regulation of notarial activity on Ukrainian lands under the legislation of the Ukrainian Cossack state (1649-1783) are considered. The article analyzes the documents and works of the researchers of the history of the notary regarding the process of making and registering treaties and wills.
