Abstract

У монографії досліджується проблема становлення i розвитку законодавства про охорону культурної спадщини в Україні. Значна увага приділена архівним документам, аналізу чинного законодавства України в сфері охорони культурної спадщини та практики його застосування. Досліджується міжнародно-правове співробітництво України щодо реституції i повернення культурних цінностей. Розраховано на студентів вищих навчальних закладів, аспірантів і викладачів, а також всіх тих, хто цікавиться правовими проблемами охорони пам’яток історії та культури України. The monograph explores the problem of the formation and development of legislation on the protection of cultural heritage in Ukraine. Considerable attention is paid to archival documents, analysis of the current legislation of Ukraine in the field of protection of cultural heritage and practice of its application. The international legal cooperation of Ukraine concerning restitution and return of cultural values is researched. It is designed for students of higher educational establishments, post-graduate students and teachers, as well as all those who are interested in legal problems of protection of historical and cultural monuments of Ukraine.
