Assessment of the state of debt security in Ukraine

Abstract

У статті аналізується стан боргового забезпечення України та основні тенденції його динаміки. Виявлено та розраховано основні показники боргової безпеки на 2012-2019 роки, проаналізовано їх значення та з використанням граничних значень цих коефіцієнтів надано оцінку поточного стану боргової безпеки держави. Розрахований інтегральний індекс боргового навантаження та зазначено, що його значення знаходиться на небезпечному рівні протягом аналізованого періоду. Пропонується список першочергових кроків, які необхідно зробити для покращення ситуації в Україні. The article analyzes the state of debt security in Ukraine and the main trends in dynamics. The main indices of debt security for 2012-2019 are identified and calculated, their values are analyzed and, using the limit values of these ratios, the current state of debt security of the state is assessed. The integrated debt load index is calculated and it is indicated that its value is at a dangerous level during the analyzed period. A list of priority steps that need to be taken to improve the situation in Ukraine is proposed.
