Abstract

Щоб бути ефективним викладачем в Інтернеті, необхідно дотримуватися певних практик, яких сьогодні існує чимало, і кожен викладач може дібрати для себе ті методи викладання, які будуть найбільш ефективними у викладанні тої чи іншої дисципліни. У статті запропоновано деякі стратегії успішного викладання онлайн. Наголошено, що одним з найважливіших факторів успішного онлайн­викладання є безперервна робота викладача над собою. До того ж, хороше навчання ґрунтується на прийнятті рішень – як реагувати та взаємодіяти зі студентами, підбирати навчальні програми, організовувати навчання та використовувати комунікаційні стратегії. Зазначено, що хороші рішення визначаються перехрестям змісту знань, педагогічних знань, культурної обізнаності та самосвідомості. To be an effective teacher on the Internet, it is necessary to follow certain practices, which there are many today, and each teacher can choose for himself the teaching methods that will be the most effective in teaching a particular discipline. The article offers some strategies for successful online teaching. It is emphasized that one of the most important factors of successful online teaching is the continuous work of the teacher on himself. In addition, good learning is based on decision­making – how to respond and interact with students, select curricula, organize learning and use communication strategies. It is noted that good decisions are determined by the intersection of the content of knowledge, pedagogical knowledge, cultural awareness and self­consciousness. Some advice and strategies for being a successful online teacher are offered in the article. Thus, in order to be good at teaching online one must be original and real, one must show his or her face, be simple and state his or her demands, be organized and concise, ask for feedback and set good relations with each student, as well as be patient. The combination of strategies mentioned above can lead to effective and productive online teaching and learning.
