Abstract

У навчальному посібнику подані схеми, які наочно характеризують сучасний стан цивільного права з огляду на економічні реформи, що проводяться в країні, зміни, що відбулися останніми роками у сфері цивільного законодавства і практиці його застосування. Схеми скомпоновано за ЦК України. Схематичність викладеного матеріалу дозволяє зручно використовувати його у освітньому процесі. Видання розраховане на здобувачів вищої освіти, які навчаються за спеціальністю 081 «Право», науково-педагогічних працівників, а також працівників практичних установ. Training a modern representative of the legal profession in higher education institutions is inconceivable without acquiring knowledge and skills in the field of civil law regulation in Ukraine. The new challenges facing humanity in recent decades call for a review of existing approaches to the organization of the educational process in this area. In the process of distance learning, the role of the applicant's independent work significantly increases, which implies the expediency of turning to various types of educational literature. In this aspect, the textbook in civil law schemes is a qualitatively effective means of acquiring new knowledge. The textbook on civil law in schemes in a systematic form of presentation of material introduces higher education institutions to the institutions of contract and inheritance law. The structured way of presenting the material greatly simplifies the process of learning the material, which in turn allows the applicant to acquire the necessary general and special competencies for future legal activities. Visual perception of information is an innovative element in the implementation of program learning outcomes. The undoubted advantages of presenting the material in the textbook "Civil Law of Ukraine (Special Part) (in diagrams and tables)" is, in particular, that as a reference summary of basic concepts of civil law, this textbook allows you to use it for self-control, which is largely simplifies preparation for seminars and practical classes. Both the provisions of the doctrine of civil law and legal norms are accumulated in the textbook in the form of schemes. The textbook provides diagrams that clearly characterize the current state of civil law in view of the economic reforms underway in the country, the changes that have taken place in recent years in the field of civil law and the practice of its application. The schemes are composed according to the Central Committee of Ukraine. The schematic nature of the presented material allows you to conveniently use it in the educational process. The publication is intended for applicants for higher education studying in the specialty 081 "Law", research and teaching staff, as well as employees of practical institutions.
