Abstract

У статті розглянуто питання наявності компетентних юристів і суддів я: стає все більш важливим у ХХІ столітті і також привертає увагу фахівців великих юридичних фірм, студентів навчальних закладів (юристи, адміністратори, персонал); політики та економічні експерти. Отже, документальним методом у цій дослідницькій роботі аналізується проблема підготовки висококваліфікованих юридичних кадрів, розробляються пріоритетні завдання та різноманітні стратегії розвитку. Автори розглядають сучасну ситуацію в європейських країнах, акцентуючи увагу на своєму досвіді. У статті I: адресована фахівцям у галузі, таким як спеціалісти, що працюють в юридичних фірмах: (юридичні та співробітники), студенти вищих навчальних закладів (юрист-адміністративний персонал), політологи, економісти, державні службовці, робиться висновок, що компетентність - базова освіта з використанням найсучасніших технологій покращує освітню систему України і, водночас, адаптує її до стандартів Західної Європи з поступовим результатом виробництва висококваліфікованих юристів.
